How do I change my settings in Plan Manager?

In your Plan Manager, the Settings section contains all your settings and preferences for the whole Plan Manager in one place: POINTS Tracker, Weight Tracker, Plan Manager tips, etc. It’s organized into three sections: Plan Preferences, Weight & Goals, and Display.
  • In Plan Preferences, you can specify if you’re losing or maintaining your weight, and if you’re tracking POINTS values for all food or following the Simply Filling technique. You can also recalculate your POINTS Target.
  • In Weight & Goals, you can change you goal and start weights and your weight tracking day. You can reset your weight history, which will remove all of your previous weight entries. You can also manage which measurements you’re tracking.
  • In Display, you can turn Plan Manager tips off or on, and select the font size you prefer.
