1 Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 slice Borden 2% Lowfat Cheese slice
1 egg
Half English muffin with a knife, & toast both halves in toaster. Scramble egg in a small microwave safe bowl, cover with paper towel & microwave for 1 minute. When egg is done, make a sandwich out of the muffin placing egg & cheese in between muffin halves.
You can also use scrambled egg white as a substitute for whole egg. It will decrease points value by one point.
