Broiled Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

1/2C shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4C margarine
3T fat free mayonnaise
2T fresh lemon juice
1/4t dried basil
1/4t black pepper
1/8t onion powder
1/8t celery salt
2 lbs Tilapia fillets
1. Preheat oven broiler. Grease broiling pan or line with aluminum foil.
2. In small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, margarine, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Set aside.
3. Arrange fillets in a single layer on pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove from oven and coat fillets with Parmesan mixture on top side. Broil for 2 more minutes until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
1 serving is 1 fillet at average of 4 fillets per pound.
